Space Place for Business® offers a convenient and functional environment for the professional, small business, or branch office.  It is based on the concept of supporting the operating environment by offering optional services such as mail handling, shipping and receiving, computer technology, copy and print, as well as document assembly.  This allows the business entity to perform its primary function and call upon the facility's Business Center when or as needed.  The units offered at the facility are tailored for the local marketplace and can represent a mixture of offices, offices with storage/warehouse, and warehouse only.  These units can typically be adapted to the needs of most business entities. Our goal is to provide an environment that fosters business success.


The facility's structure(s) are designed to be safe and secure when operated in a proper manner, as well as energy efficient to conserve utility cost.  The typical facility will be purpose built on a location easily accessible by staff and clients.  Other implementations may include conversion and re-purpose of an existing structure.  Power and communications access is typically provided to all units at a designated termination point.  Other unit features such as heat and air conditioning, uninterruptible power, conditioned power, security system, and access control can vary by unit type and facility location; some features may be offered only on request and may or may not be available.
